Herbs and vegetables

Salsus uses mainly Norwegian vegetables (seasonally dependent) such as carrot, onion, celery, parsnip, fenick, leek and herbs.

Our climate ensures quality, they grow slower with colder nights, are more solid and have less water. This gives the vegetables more of the famous good taste.

Vegetables and herbs come from all over Eastern Norway, short delivery and environmentally friendly. We utilize the raw materials that, due to the way they look, do not come in the store shelves, yet have the same taste and high nutritional content. Better for the environment, less thrown.
